ChemCert Training Group (Established 2002)is a Registered Training Organisation (VETAB accredited), providing specialised chemical and other training for clients across a diverse range of industry sectors. Clients have the opportunity to gain accredited training through the Agrifood Industry Skills Councils’ RT03 Rural Production Training Package.

ChemCert Training Group was setup in 2002 by our parent company ChemCert Limited. ChemCert Limited is a non-profit, industry-owned and operated company established in 1999 as the peak body for the training and accreditation of pesticide users in NSW.

ChemCert Training Group can provide you with training in:

  • Developing high awareness of the safe and correct use of chemicals
  • Confidence in the application and correct uses of chemicals
  • An accreditation to use pesticides/chemicals under supervision
  • An accreditation for supervisors, employers and independent operators in the use of chemicals
  • An understanding of weed management.

ChemCert Training Group has the capacity to customize courses according to the needs of a wide range of diverse groups.

Clients of ChemCert Training Group include:

  4. Specialty farms
  5. Government agencies e.g. National Parks and Wildlife

Quality Training is ensured through the use of fully qualified trainers and assessors. All ChemCert Training Group trainers possess a Certificate IV in workplace assessment and training and a relevant degree or diploma. Our trainers possess a wide range of relevant industry experience.

Our facilities and materials have been developed in accordance with certified training packages as well as in consultation with industry stakeholders.
