Andrew Forrest has extensive experience in farming and chemical use as a result of his positions as a spray technician. He owns a mixed farming enterprise in Young NSW. Andrew has served on various State and Federal advisory boards and the board and committees of NSW Farmers Federation.

Andy is an experienced property manager and contract chemical sprayer, he also manages a cattle property. He is also the Cattle Coordinator/Director of the Southern Tablelands Beef Cooperative establishing best practice management in beef marketing.
Bill CowellTrainer / Assessor
Bill is an experienced Agronomist and Consultant to the cotton and broadacre industries. His knowledge covers largely winter and summer, dry land and irrigated crops. He is committed to sharing his experiences to demonstrate the importance of chemical safety to the Agricultural Industry.

Is an experienced agribusiness executive and current principal of Agribusiness Halse Consulting. Previous roles include State Seed Manager for Elders & CEO of High Security Irrigators. His particular expertise is financial management and business development.
Dr Joe SmithDirector
Joe holds Post-graduate science qualifications with 35 years experience in private & public sectors, 25 years in senior Australian government roles involved in delivery of scientific services, regulation, and policy advice, including leadership of the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator and the APVMA.
Duncan has just recently joined ChemCert's Board of Directors with a wealth of experience behind him. He is currently the CEO of Animal Medicines Australia and the Director for the Agribusiness Association of Australia. Past roles include Chief Executive of the Australian Road Train Association.
Emma RydingGraphic Designer, Production & Marketing Coordinator
Emma has a Bachelor of Arts double degree of Graphic design & photography from Charles Sturt University Wagga Wagga. She assists Harris, the print production manager, in designing all of ChemCert's printed advertising materials.

Frank is our turf and horticulture specialist and has over forty years of experience as a greenkeeper and a horticulturalist. He has held pivotal roles within the turf industry including being Vice President of the NSW Bowling Greenkeepers Association and a Life Member of the Sports Turf Association of NSW.
Harris KaratzetzosPrint & Digital Production Manager
Harris has a Bdes Visual Communications (hon). He manages all print & digital projects including being the system architect of the Student Management System. He develops the online course and website. He was awarded the prestigious Museums Australia Multimedia Design Award in 2009 working on educational software.

Ian is a highly skilled versatile ChemCert trainer, Freshcare, LPA Food Safety Auditor and Agsafe Trainer. He has spent 37 years in advisory roles educating individuals on safe and effective use of Agvet chemicals. Ian has helped over 3600 industry personnel attain ChemCert accreditation.

James has over 10 years of contact centre and customer service experience. He has worked in RTO before with an emphasis on small group, correspondence, online and distance education. He runs the contact centre and manages all inbound enquiries.
John SeidelTrainer / Assessor
John Seidel has over 40 years experience in the use of agricultural chemicals. He has been primarily involved in the research and development of new insecticides, fungicides and herbicides in a wide range of broad-acre and horticultural crops. He lives on a small farm and has an intimate knowledge on the practical aspects of pesticide application. His interests include seed treatments, pasture pests, foliar diseases of cereals and herbicide resistance management.

Jonathan has a Bachelor of Agricultural Sc and a Grad Diploma in Management. He constantly updates and publishes resources with the latest industry info. He has extensive knowledge in spray application gained through his previous role as Spray Nozzle Technical Advisor at Silvan.

He is a licensed financial broker with over 10 years experience, in the development of financial facilities for a number of commercial developments. Provided “seed capital” for HAS Solutions, prior to being sold to the ASX listed company I-Soft.

Phil is a WHS consultant and has over 40 years of experience in the manufacture and distribution of pesticides. He has delivered the ChemCert Course to a diverse range of students including council staff, contractors and community groups, such as CDEP and Landcare.

Richard is the current Chairman of ChemCert (SA) Incorporated and a director of ChemCert and on the ChemCert (SA) Board for over 10 years. Richard has held several senior positions in the South Australia Farmers Federation. Richard runs a consolidated grain and sheep enterprise.
Robert WythesTrainer / Assessor
Robert specialises in seed, wool and livestock production. He is heavily involved within the agricultural industry being a member of the NSW Farmers, Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC), Kondinin Group and the Australian Pulse Co-operative.

Rya is part of our Administration team. She has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management, with over two year experience as Personal Assistant and fifteen years of customer service. She’s ChemCert’s polyglot, being able to speak fluently 4 languages.
Sarah MaloneyAdministration Officer
Sarah has recently joined ChemCert, with a strong background in banking, finance administration, office administration and customer service. She works within the Admin department and liaises daily with trainers and students to ensure they receive their cards and qualifications.

Tina has a Master of combined double degree of Professional Accounting and Commerce from the University of Sydney, with experience of accounts payable
and receivable and office administration.
She takes responsibility of all accounts tasks as well as some administrative jobs.

Vern is an expert in animal health due to his many years as Sales Manager at Fort Dodge which sells veterinary medicines. He uses his knowledge to explain the applications, safety and benefits of animal health products to cattle and sheep farmers across Australia.
