Alan has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture and an Associate Diploma in Ag. Regarded as a leader within the agricultural industry, Alan possesses a wealth of knowledge about chemicals through his experience as a farmer and agricultural consultant.
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Agricultural Sc and a Grad Diploma in Management. He constantly updates and publishes resources with the latest industry info. He has extensive knowledge in spray application gained through his previous role as Spray Nozzle Technical Advisor at Silvan.
Andy is an experienced property manager and contract chemical sprayer, he also manages a cattle property. He is also the Cattle Coordinator/Director of the Southern Tablelands Beef Cooperative establishing best practice management in beef marketing.
Bill is an experienced Agronomist and Consultant to the cotton and broadacre industries. His knowledge covers largely winter and summer, dry land and irrigated crops. He is committed to sharing his experiences to demonstrate the importance of chemical safety to the Agricultural Industry.
Robert specialises in seed, wool and livestock production. He is heavily involved within the agricultural industry being a member of the NSW Farmers, Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC), Kondinin Group and the Australian Pulse Co-operative.
Bruce provides students with an in-depth knowledge on the safe use of chemicals. He uses his experience within the chemical industry to provide practical examples, including calibrating chemical equipment, which students find outstanding and informative.
Frank is our turf and horticulture specialist and has over forty years of experience as a greenkeeper and a horticulturalist. He has held pivotal roles within the turf industry including being Vice President of the NSW Bowling Greenkeepers Association and a Life Member of the Sports Turf Association of NSW.
Grahame is our hands on, tech savvy trainer who strives to provide the highest quality training and knowledge. He has been an Owner/Operator for over thirty years specialising in livestock, cropping, environmental management and primary production. His knowledge is highly regarded by students.
Gus is an experienced agronomist with Landmark and has core expertise within the cotton industry. He is committed to helping reduce the risks of chemical usage on the farm and can provide all correct advice required about chemicals. He is quite a tech savvy trainer and this shows in his training
Ian is a highly skilled versatile ChemCert trainer, Freshcare, LPA Food Safety Auditor and Agsafe Trainer. He has spent 37 years in advisory roles educating individuals on safe and effective use of Agvet chemicals. Ian has helped over 3600 industry personnel attain ChemCert accreditation.
Vern is an expert in animal health due to his many years as Sales Manager at Fort Dodge which sells veterinary medicines. He uses his knowledge to explain the applications, safety and benefits of animal health products to cattle and sheep farmers across Australia.
Pat is our viticulture expert and owns and operates Calabria Vineyards which supplies produce to leading wineries. He specialises in horticultural production and can demonstrate the important aspects of managing and maintaining food exports including grapes and citrus fruits.
Peter has held numerous positions within Australia and across the Asia Pacific region starting his career at the CSR Research Laboratory in Roseville, Zone Manager with FMC Asia Pacific in Indonesia and Area Director for Uniroyal Chemicals in Asia Pacific.
Phil is a WHS consultant and has over 40 years of
experience in the manufacture and distribution of pesticides. He has delivered the ChemCert Course to a diverse range of students including council staff, contractors and community groups, such as CDEP and Landcare.

The ChemCert Board of Directors are made up of dedicated individuals with varying proffesional experience and wisdom. They provide guidance to ChemCert and its operations and ventures.
Andrew Forrest has extensive experience in farming and chemical use as a result of his positions as a spray technician. He owns a mixed farming enterprise in Young NSW. Andrew has served on various State and Federal advisory boards and the board and committees of NSW Farmers Federation.
Richard is the current Chairman of ChemCert (SA) Incorporated and a director of ChemCert and on the ChemCert (SA) Board for over 10 years. Richard has held several senior positions in the South Australia Farmers Federation. Richard runs a consolidated grain and sheep enterprise.
Lyn is appointed Chair of the Advisory Board of the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA). She has a strong background in agricultural health and safety and is an Associate Professor of the Australian Centre for Agricultural Health and Safety. School, University of Sydney.
MD of direct2 P/L, a reputation management consultancy for SMEs and NFP companies. Claude is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the APVMA Audit Committee. Past appointments include facilitator of the Institute of Company Directors.
Is an experienced agribusiness executive and current principal of Agribusiness Halse Consulting.
Previous roles include State Seed Manager for Elders & CEO of High Security Irrigators. His particular expertise is financial management and business development.
Bianca has a Masters of Business, majoring in Public Relations. She is responsible for enhancing the brand awareness of ChemCert and manages all marketing initiatives from strategic development through to execution.She is constantly developing new business through relationship marketing
Sarah has a BSc in Aquatic environments and especially enjoys geology. She loves to travel having lived in Germany, England & recently Australia where she aims to further her education with a natural environment focused masters. She has joined with previous previous RTO experience
Jaishil has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting specialising in corporate accounting, Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) standards and tax implications for not for profit organisations. Jaishil looks after all of ChemCert’s accounting needs
Harris has a Bachelor of Visual Communications (hon). He manages all print and digital projects including book publishing, web and photography. Harris won the prestigious Museums Australia Multimedia Design Award in 2009 for his work on the educational software for "Women Transported".
Michelle is currently undertaking her traineeship in Certificate III in Business Administration.
Michelle has previously worked on her family’s rice farm in the Philippines and currently spends her weekends helping out on a vegetable farm near Kemps Creek.
Emma has a Bachelor of Arts double degree of Graphic design & photography from Charles Sturt University Wagga Wagga. She assists Harris, the print production manager, in designing all of ChemCert's printed advertising material and also produces the course assessment material.
Aishwarya holds a Masters in Software Engineering. He is also waiting on marks for his recent research masters thesis. Aishwarya looks after the development,maintenence and monitoring of ChemCert's phone system, server and information systems including the database.
